Oranzai Builders is a design-and-build company in Aluva, Kochi, with in-house architects, interior designers and builders. We handle project management, building plans and approvals, construction, valuation, survey work, cost estimation and control, Vastu and interior fit-out.
Many firms say they offer design and build, but it is usually two separate businesses working in partnership. That leads to delays and a disjointed experience for the customer.
We do it differently. The Oranzai Builders team includes in-house interior designers, a quantity surveyor, technicians, project managers and tradesmen, which allows us to deliver projects efficiently and foresee potential construction issues early in the design phase before they arise.
